Great stay with amazing dining at Poseidon. The staff made my birthday special with delightful service at the steakhouse. Despite some long walks, the beach and pool were splendid. Bring comfortable shoes and enjoy various food options for a wonderful experience!

Family vacation for everyone

We had a great time at this hotel, right from the arrival. The team was attentive, always checking in on us, and the beach was gorgeous, making it easy to relax and enjoy. Our room was just like described, and I really loved how the staff always gave us a warm smile.

The Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino offers a beautiful beach with soft waves, perfect for relaxing walks. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially enjoyed the private swim-out access to the pool, allowing for late-night swims. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a wonderful family vacation.

I enjoyed the spacious Loft Suite Garden View with private swim-out access. The beach offered soft waves, perfect for relaxing. The staff, especially Caribel at check-in, provided excellent service. The El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants served delicious meals. However, the room had issues with air conditioning and the mini-fridge wasn't cold initially. Communication with the front desk sometimes lagged, making it difficult to request supplies. The staff were friendly but occasionally unresponsive, especially during peak times. It felt like we had to chase them for assistance.

The location offered stunning beach walks, and the attentive staff made sure our experience was enjoyable. Special mention goes to the delicious dining options, particularly at the El Dorado and Hibachi restaurants. However, the adults-only pool occasionally turned into a party area, making relaxation challenging at times. Additionally, securing sunbeds can be competitive if left unattended during meals.

We especially loved the themed activities at the mini club for our kids, which kept them engaged while we relaxed. The shows were equally vibrant, with dazzling choreography and a fun atmosphere. Our time dining at the El Dorado restaurant was delightful, and the friendly staff made our meals memorable.

In my wife’s opinion, the resort could improve room cleanliness significantly.

We had a fantastic time on our trip, filled with great memories thanks to the attentive service from staff like Rafael, who ensured our family's needs were met, even with my son's illness. The beach was beautiful and the pools were fun. The diverse dining options provided delicious meals, with the buffet being a highlight. However, securing dinner reservations was a bit challenging due to high demand.

this was my second stay in punta cana and it was better than the last one. we enjoyed the attentive staff, especially our wonderful housekeeper. the beach was beautiful and clean, making our family time unforgettable.

some facilities were in disrepair.

the palladium offers a huge variety of food, especially at the buffet. the beach is gorgeous, and getting chairs by the pool is a breeze. a standout was the incredible service by our waiter michael, always cheerful and creative with our drinks.

during our stay, we loved being just a 20-minute walk to the stunning Los Corales beach and enjoyed the convenience of having numerous restaurants just a few steps away from our hotel, making our weekend explorations truly delightful.
